PERSONAL TRAINING

Perfect for anyone wanting a one on one intimate experience; we will work together closely achieve your goals. This service includes custom exercise programming specific to your goals, needs and enjoyment. This also includes a complimentary meeting to discuss your goals, from which I’ll be able to design a program that suits you best. This meeting can be completed either in-person or over zoom.

Price 30min- $40/ 1hour $65 per session - minimum 8 week commitment.

GROUP TRAINING

This program is 8-16 weeks long, and runs 3-4 times per year. 2-3 sessions required per week.

These classes help women to become the best versions of themselves. Get stronger, more organised, and increase your understanding of nutrition. Learn and experience the importance of strength training, and all its excellent benefits!

Price $25 per session / $50-$75 per week (commitment for the length of block).

  • Designed to help mums pre- and post-baby feel comfortable and confident in training
